By submitting photos to the HairAide Transformation Gallery, you agree to the following terms:
- Ownership & Rights: You confirm that you are the owner of the submitted photos or have obtained explicit permission from the owner to share them.
- License Grant: You grant HairAide.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted photos on the HairAide website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
- Moderation: All submissions are reviewed before publication. HairAide reserves the right to decline any submission without explanation.
- Privacy: Your email address will not be shared with third parties. It is used solely for notification purposes regarding your submission.
- Removal: You may request removal of your photos at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process removal requests within 7 business days.
- No Compensation: Submissions are voluntary. No compensation is provided for approved submissions.
- Accuracy: You confirm that the before/after photos are genuine and have not been materially altered or misleadingly edited.
